The Story
The Challenge
Fragmented tools and low trust were killing small brand growth. Brands managed social on one platform, sales on another, and reps through spreadsheets — with no single source of truth for content, orders, or performance. The challenge was unifying social discovery, commerce, and a multi-role representative program into one coherent product — with role-based onboarding for three completely different user types (shops, reps, customers), all sharing the same feed and catalogue without friction.

Shop Society shipped to iOS and Android with a full web admin dashboard, covering the entire commerce lifecycle: social feed and stories, explore with trending content, product and order management, discount and shipping tools, rep performance tracking, and a finance dashboard with payouts. Post-launch results showed a 32% faster product publishing time, 41% reduction in order handling time, 27% conversion lift from the social-to-checkout flow, and a 2.3× repeat purchase rate. 90% of shops reported smoother day-to-day operations.
